TCSMC paper recommends best practices for transportation demand management in Minnesota

A research team led by Humphrey School professor Jerry Zhao, director of the Institute for Urban and Regional Infrastructure Finance, in May published More Access and Less Traffic: Transportation Demand Management Recommendations for Minnesota Municipalities and Employers. The white paper, the second in a planned TCSMC series about shared-mobility issues, describes municipal-based and employer-based TDM best practices that reduce traffic and reduce emissions and recommends best practices for municipalities and employers in Minnesota. The researchers collaborated with a TCSMC advisory panel as part of the research process.
